FlowFrame
An offline motion engine for creating, running and repurposing visual content. I designed and built the whole product: the desktop app and its rendering engine, the templates, the website and marketplace, and the systems that license, update and support it.
Overview
FlowFrame turns words, photos and songs into motion. Lyrics, scripture, announcements, countdowns and social clips start from one of 127 animated templates, run live on a projector or stream, and export as video up to 4K.
It was designed first for church media volunteers, who work fast, often the night before a service and often on a laptop, and for creators making clips for social. Everything runs on the user's own machine, offline. Nothing they make is uploaded.

Its own engine
Each template is a live scene in FlowFrame's GPU renderer, built on Three.js, not a pre-rendered clip. Words, photos, colour and timing change in place while it plays.
Frames are drawn from the timeline alone, so the preview and the exported MP4, WebM or GIF match frame for frame. Scenes can react to audio, and photo carousels turn one design into a set of slides for social.

127 templates, 12 categories
Kinetic typography, 3D walls and tunnels, photo grids and orbits, neon type and equalisers. The marketplace adds more, from FlowFrame and from independent creators.
Run it live
The operator prepares the next scene while the audience screen keeps playing. FlowFrame drives a projector or second display and works alongside ProPresenter, OBS, EasyWorship and Resolume, over NDI, as a browser source or as a captured window.
Stage and confidence monitors keep the band and the speaker in step, and preview, export and live output stay in sync.

One Sunday
A short film following one church through Easter Sunday. Six designs made in an afternoon carry the worship lyrics and scripture live, then become stories and reels for the week.

The platform around it
A desktop app needs a business around it, and I built that too: a website with a template marketplace and Paystack checkout; a CRM for customers, orders, payments and partners, with licence keys issued through Keygen; and a feedback portal where users report issues and follow them.
Releases ship as signed installers for Windows and macOS, on Intel and Apple Silicon, and the app updates itself. Twelve public releases went out between August and October 2026, from 3.1.19 to 5.0.2.
